    Chatham Estates, a section of what is now Plaza-Midwood served by the Central Avenue streetcar line that ran up The Plaza and along Mecklenburg Avenue to the Mecklenburg (later Charlotte) Country Club, filled in with houses through the 1910s and early 1920s, contemporaneous with the development of Myers Park elsewhere in Charlotte.
