The take

One of the city's mid-size standbys, and the age policy runs per-show — plenty of all-ages and 16-plus nights land here, so the ticket listing is the authority, not the door. Expect it loud.

Questions people ask

What is the age policy?

Normally 16 and over, and anyone under 16 must be with an adult of 21 or older. Occasional all-ages shows are marked on the individual event listing.

What is the bag policy?

A transparent plastic or vinyl bag no bigger than 12x6x12 inches, or a small clutch no bigger than 4.5x6.5 inches. Backpacks of any kind are refused.

Is there food inside?

Not inside Amos' itself, but the adjacent Gin Mill serves food and more than 80 bottled and draft beers, sometimes at a discount for advance ticket holders.

Where do I park?

The Railyard deck across the road is closest at about $8 evenings and weekends, and it is not run by the venue so rates can change. The Bland Street light-rail stop is about 100 yards away.
