The take

Grew out of a 1990 punk record label; the storefront opened in 2005 and doubles as an all-ages venue that glues the local music scene together.

Questions people ask

Will they buy my old records?

Yes — used vinyl, CDs and music DVDs, but condition decides the price: very good to excellent, minimal cover wear, no deep scratches or warps. They do not buy badly damaged stock, easy listening, Broadway, VHS or adult films.

Do they host in-store events?

Yes — there is a shows and events schedule, and the shop takes part in Record Store Day.
