The take
Long waits are the standing complaint and the reason to put your name in before you are hungry. The mashup is real cooking underneath, but if novelty is not the point of your evening, the plain rolls and plain burgers are both properly done.
What to order: The All-American Bacon Double Cheeseburgooshi — a flash-fried Burgushi roll of seasoned beef, two cheddars, and applewood bacon — or Doug's Filet Roll topped with seared filet mignon.
